Each order both domestic and international ship with tracking delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number once we dispatched your order.

Authority to leave (ATL) has been set up as a default delivery option, if you choose regular shipping – Your items may be left unattended at the destination address unless specified.
- Standard Shipping takes 5-15 business days.
- Express Post Shipping takes up to 7 business days, with WA taking up to 20 business days.
Our shipping partner, Sendle, does not ship to PO BOXes, Parcel Collect, or Parcel Locker. Please provide a residential or business address as your shipping address. Additional fees may be charged if you choose to send to PO BOX, Parcel Collect, or Parcel Locker.
We do not offer pick-up or Click & Collect at this stage.

We only do Local Delivery on the weekend.
This delivery method only applies to addresses with postcodes 3070, 3071, 3072, 3073.

The delivery estimation does not include customs clearance.
Some other areas/countries sometimes take a little longer, depending on that particular country's customs service.

Shipping details
It is the obligation of the customer to provide the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to resend the order to the correct address at our expense.At the time an order is dispatched, you will receive an email shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site. Please note that the package will not be traceable for at least 24 hours.
Duties and customs
The buyer will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country to which the order is being shipped. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.We are not liable for these charges, and they can not be reimbursed or refunded by Love Astrid.
